Description (partial)

Sensitive issue.

Symptom:
Currently Tetration does not upgrade the bare metal OS when the cluster is upgraded. To upgrade the bare metal OS on an older cluster which has gone through a few upgrades, the customer must individually Decommission/Re-image/Recommission each node.

Conditions:
Applicable to clusters which have been upgraded from Tetration 3.3.2.x and earlier.
(Bare metal nodes upgraded from Tetration 3.1.x and earlier use CentOS 7.3 for the bare metal OS, clusters deployed with Tetration 3.2.x or 3.3.2.2 use CentOS 7.5, clusters deployed with Tetration 3.4.1.1 use CentOS 7.6 for the bare metal nodes)
