Description (partial)

Symptom:
Two cases:
1) Incorrect encoding of AVP eNodeB in S6a IDA (if connected mode) or T6a RIR (if idle mode)

eNodeB-ID should be according to 3GPP TS 29.217 (ETSI TS 129 217).
The eNodeB-Id AVP (AVP code 4008) is of type OctetString, and indicates the eNodeB in which the UE is currently
located. The AVP shall be coded as in clause 8.51 of 3GPP TS 29.274 [12].

2) Grouped AVP MEME-Location-Information incomplete in S6a IDA (if connected mode) or T6a RIR (if idle mode)

MME-Location-Information (Grouped AVP) shall contain the following data:

E-UTRAN-Cell-Global-Identity missing
Tracking-Area-Identity missing
Current-Location-Retrieved missing
Age-Of-Location-Information missing
