Symptom:
Webex Teams users are working fine with their phone services and suddenly receive the message of "Phone services session ended" but the refresh token is not expired.

Conditions:
- Webex Teams 3.0.16040.0
- CUCM 12.5.1SU2 with SSO enabled.
- Expressway X12.6.0 with SSO enabled.
- OAuth enabled.
