Description (partial)

Symptom:
Whenever sync is initiated for LDAP Directories where Page Control attribute is set to false we will not able to track incoming users count from LDAP.

This piece of code needed for issue debugging if any sync issue happens.This code was removed as part of the code fix "CSCvv24958 :LDAP Sync not working for LDAP Directories where Page Control attribute is set to false" .Since implementing this logic needs proper analysis during code review time it was decided that it will be fixed with new internal defect.

sync with LDAP Directories where Page Control attribute is set to false
