Description (partial)

Symptoms of this issue include opening the virtual packground panel, and selecting an image.
You will get a prompt on your screen stating: "Download Virtual Background, Downloading..."

The progress bar will however not fill, and will "Hang" on this downloading screen.

1. Start a meeting 
2. In preview meeting window, click 'Change Backgound'

Displays: 'Download Virtual Background, Downloading...'

The process hangs up 


1. Start a meeting and join the meeting 
2. In meeting client window, click 'Change Background'

Displays: 'Download Virtual Background ,Downloading...'

The process hangs up
