Description (partial)

Symptom:
CUBE fails to transmit T.38 packets after switch over for SRTP to RTP call flow
Secure SIP (TLS + SRTP) -- CUBE -- Non Secure SIP (TCP or UDP + RTP)
T.38 packets send to the secure side of the CUBE will not be transmitted to the non-secure side of the CUBE.

Conditions:
if the SRTP side of the call includes the following parameters in the SDP for the T.38 switchover, the CUBE will not allow the T.38 packets to pass from the SRTP to the RTP side of the CUBE.
