Description (partial)

Symptom:
'utils diagnose test' yields corrupt tomcat keystore information on IMP nodes.

Conditions:
1) Login to OS Platform via CLI on any IMP node
2) Use the command utils diagnose test.
3) The output will show corrupt Tomcat Keystore info:
