Description (partial)

Symptom:
After a static ipv6 route from management-only routing table is removed, some data traffic (which was working fine earlier) started dropping with RPF check fail error.

Conditions:
Data traffic that started dropping had source IP from the subnet that was in the static route that was removed from management-only table.
