Description (partial)

Symptom:
If during any API call process that contains API Rate Limit.
The header does not contain all the expected API Rate Limiting information expected.

Header Must Contain:
1.            X-RateLimit-Limit: The number of requests that can be made (across a timeframe).
2.            X-RateLimit-Remaining: The remaining number of requests that can be made (across a timeframe).
3.            X-RateLimit-Reset: A timestamp of when the limit will be reset.

Currently, the information provided when you hit API Rate Limit is:
