Cisco Bug: CSCvv41152 - EPNM5.0 Upgrade: All scheduled export reports stop exporting after upgrade

Description (partial)

Symptom:
In both MVP’s BnR Upgrade: Gale 4.1 FCS -> 5.0  I-109 setup and Ofer's upgraded BnR 4.0.3 -> 5.0,  I see all scheduled export reports stop exporting after upgrade
Steps:
Go to Reports / Saved Report Templates, you can see there are lots of reports enabled Scheduled (every 1 hour), However, if you go to Reports / Scheduled Run Results and set report period from 8/14 to 8/17, you will see nothing exported, I remember MVP completed upgrade at 8/13, which means all the scheduled reports stop exporting after upgrade.
