Symptom:
In Ofer’s upgraded BnR 4.0.3 -> 5.0 
Go to Reports / Scheduled Run Results, set Report Period From  8/16/2020 to 8/18/2020 then click Go, you will see below 2 failures on QoS Policy Report
But if you go to this report’s Run History Page, you won’t see any failure records, please see the attached email to check.

Conditions:
