Description (partial)

Symptom:
"snmp-server traps syslog" config will enable to send all syslog as Trap to server. The syslog probe trap is sending continuously to the server ["Test syslog Probe to check the Health of Syslog infra"], which is generated by the syslog infra health monitor feature to check the syslog infra. This message has been suppressed in "show logging/console/monitor except trap.

Conditions:
"snmp-server traps syslog" config would be the trigger to send the trap
