Symptom:
IPv6 Traffic over 5 LABEL-Stack SR Policy fails if prefix is learned over connected - interface eBGP Session

Conditions:
IPv6 Traffic over 5 LABEL-Stack SR Policy fails if prefix is learned over connected - interface eBGP Session
Packet Getting Encaped with DST MAC as 0:0:0

Prefix has to be single path ( issue is not seen if multipath for prefix exists )
