Description (partial)

Symptom:
If a test User is assigned a "Read Only Users" User Group in TMS is SET with Read permissions to the Ticketing Service under Systems and associated Folder and System permissions are also set to Read under Navigator, then this test User is unable to view any Open Tickets under Systems > Ticketing Service

Read access to the Ticketing Services should allow viewing only of Open and Acknowledged tickets.

Conditions:
Read Only user access to TMS Ticketing Service
