Symptom:
During the vmanage template update or removal, there is an issue with  NAT and UTD config templates removal both Dialer and Physical interfaces

Error received from the device is : 

bad-cli - No ip nat inside source list nat-dia-vpn-hop-access-list interface Dialer100 overload, parser-context - No ip nat inside source list nat-dia-vpn-hop-access-list interface Dialer100 overloadError received from the device is : 
bad-cli - No ip nat inside source list utd-nat-acl interface Dialer100 overload, parser-context - No ip nat inside source list utd-nat-acl interface Dialer100 overload

Conditions:
NAT and UTD vmanage templates configured with pppoe WAN interface (Dialer)
vManage 19.2.2, cEdge 16.12.x
