Description (partial)

Symptom:
When Cisco DNA Center's virtual IP address (VIP) is on one node of a 3-node cluster, and the GPRC Collector service is running on a different node, the maximum transmission unit (MTU) on the route between those nodes may be altered, causing a service outage.

Conditions:
This was observed in Cisco DNA Center 1.3.1.6, in a 3-node cluster.
