Symptom:
Customers are seeing issues in the format and content of the message when they are sending/receiving secure email via Microsoft Outlook

Conditions:
This issue is happening because the outlook client is using the Western European Windows encoding instead of the standard UTF-8 encoding. Usage of this encoding is causing extra characters being embedded into message signatures.
