Description (partial)

There are PIM/PIM6 memory leaks after importing a configuration and flapping the ports.

1. Enable PIM/PIMv6.
2. Save the configurations.
3. Import the baseline(blank/empty) configurations.
4. Import the previously saved configurations.
5. Start the traffic/joins.
6. Flap the ports.
