Cisco Bug: CSCvv36732 - AC Policy search traversing breaks when the next matching rule is partially visible

Symptom: When searching the Access Control policy on 6.6+ and using the up and down arrows to traverse the search results, this will just stop working and clicking the up and down arrows does nothing anymore. Conditions: One common cause for this is when the next search result is partially visible on the screen. Partially visible meaning, the the rule is just barley showing in the screen (i.e. you see the top half of the rule at the bottom of the scroll section for the rules, and this is the next rule that would match the search). This is very common when the next matching rule is in a different category, as it makes it more likely that the rule will be cut off. This is also more common when you have a lot of objects in a single column of a rule, which makes the rule "longer" in the ui, making it more likely to be partially shown. For rules that only have 1 or less objects per column this typically doesn't happen. There are a lot of variables that influence this behavior, including the size of the screen, the configuration of the rules, and the search criteria.
