Description (partial)

unable to add Row Segments for the Snapshot Queue Service Level Realtime and Queue statistics Realtime under stock reports when we copy them.

** We are able to add Column segments.
 ** But we are unable to add Row Segments.
 ** Analyzer guide and help document said that 4 profile variable(Queue Name, Team Name, Site Name, Channel Type) will be there as Row Segment but there is no note that this two reports are restricted to 4 Profile variable in Row Segments.
 ** We are able to delete the Row Segment but we cannot add the same.

This is reproducible in all production DC's
