Cisco Bug: CSCvv36613 - unable to import the new CTI route point with DN while override is unchecked.

Description (partial)

Symptom:
unable to import the new CTI route point device with DN without checking the override existing configuration checkbox.

Conditions:
1)Go to BAT - Import/Export ? Import ? select the uploaded tar file (CTI route point device is not already existing)- Select only CTI Route Point ? uncheck the override existing configuration option ? submit . If we uncheck the override existing configuration option, the import was failed and it’s showing error saying ?Missing key in referenced table for referential constraint (Informix.fk_devicenumplanmap_fknumplan)?.
2)Go to BAT - Import/Export - Import - select the uploaded tar file - select only CTI Route Point - check the override existing configuration option - submit. The import was passed but it's showing the below failure details.

3)Uploaded the same tar file which I have exported in server and then validate the same file. The validate was failed it showing ?Record does not match the fileformat selected? in job schedular page.
