Symptom:
Not starting Export User CSV from Internal Identity Store page

Conditions:
Having a lot of internal user(maybe 100 over)
Select a user for exporting, then scroll User list table until the selected user has not been seen.
Then, do a 'Export Selected'. 
You will not see the export starting.

GUI:Administration > Identity Management > Identities > Users
