Description (partial)

The user is unable to log on as a different user using Webex Support.
Reboot and get remote PC information works.

Both computers are running Windows 10

Steps to reproduce:

1. uninstall all client files

2. normal user as sc customer join sc session

3.  csr request this customer logon as a different user

4. csr input another account info, then click ok

Expected Result:
sc customer should be able to rejoin sc as a different user

Actual Result:
fail, it shows cannot log on msg on csr logon dialog
