Description (partial)

Symptom:
Collecting Session Information window will be stuck and it never displays the call details.

Conditions:
When RTMT Real time data is used to see the call details in a mega cluster having huge call records.
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
