Known Affected Releases
Symptom: The audio only meetings (PCN), where none of the participants joins via applications are not listed under the Troubleshooting section in the Control Hub. The same meetings are available under the Analytics section. Conditions: The audio-only meetings are not available under the Troubleshooting sections. - The meeting with only audio participants. - The meetings does not contain any "data participants" - no attendees joins via Webex applications. - The Webex site is administered via Control Hub.
