Directory for DB logs goes up to 6GB, which affects Infocap functionality on Admin VM

In this case Infocap fails to be collected on Admin VM because of Infocap limit size.

Infocap could be collected just for 1 month back, but DB logs are stored for 3 months.

We should align this, so either Infocap does include only 1 month of DB logs or DB logs should be removed from /opt/log/db after one month.
