Description (partial)

Symptom:
Catalina.out logs doesn't rotate and affect collecting Infocap logs on Admin VM

Conditions:
For 800 User system Catalina.out logs goes over 1GB per each Tomcat instance, which is 3GB per Admin VM.

In this case Infocap fails to be collected on Admin VM because of Infocap limit size.

Catalina.out log doesn't rotate from system deployment/upgrade. We should add rotation mechanism.
