Description (partial)

Wireless clients (iPhone, iPad, PCs) unable to access the internet.

Pings to the gateway don't get a response in 9 out of 10 cases. Client works over LAN.

From AP debug we see that gateway ARPs for the client and a response is seen but span capture does not show reply:
