Description (partial)

Northbound API for creating stateful path registrations (external LSP) is not correctly validation input string parameters, so even unacceptable values are interpreted as default values and are not rejected.

- PCE enabled (any configuration in 'pce' submode)
- NB API explicitly enabled (requirement applicable only starting from 7.2.1, as API is enabled by default in older releases)
- external LSP API usage (specific HTTP request has to be sent)
- invalid value passed for any string parameter in payload of that HTTP request
