Symptom:
Default skill group not getting logged for outbound call

Conditions:
Agent is logged in to Finesse with Extension 1008.

Outbound Call placed from Jabber(1008) >> CIPC (1010) (Connected)

Agent made a new call from jabber (1008)-->> (1009) ( without putting call on hold )

Skill group Skill Target ID is not populating in TCD for second call(which is placed from Jabber without putting first call on hold)
