Description (partial)

Symptom:
L2VPN traffic not forwarded on ASR9k PE in direction from AC to Pseudowire after core link flap.

Conditions:
The pseudowire has a configured preferred path over a TE tunnel.
This TE tunnel has a first explicit path-option over the flapping core link and a second path-option dynamic.
Upon the core link flap, the TE tunnel immediately reoptimize over the dynamic IGP path.

After the core link flap, the AC to PW traffic will be dropped on the following NP counter on the ingress linecard:
RSV_DROP_L2VPNLDI_NO_MATCH
