Cisco Bug: CSCvv31321 - Fix several issues with URL and Media monitor in optimized mode EzPM application-performance profile
Oct 12, 2020
- Cisco 2600 Series Multiservice Platforms
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When using EzPM application-performance profile in 17.2 and afterwards, customer may find some inaccurate monitor result when using URL and Media monitor. - For the URL monitor, some of the FNF record will miss some counters of the flow(like server/client counter packets/bytes long). And when sampler, which is by default enabled, is disabled or the sampling rate is configured as 1, no FNF record will be generated. - For Media monitor, the 'timestamp sys-uptime last' is not accurate. It will be tens of seconds later than the expected value. Conditions: Customer using EzPM application-performance profile in 17.2 and afterwards, the configuration is like: performance monitor context <context-name> profile application-performance traffic-monitor <monitor type> If the <monitor type> is 'url' or 'all', the configured URL monitor may have the issue listed in 'Symptoms'. If the <monitor type> is 'media' or 'all', the configured URL monitor may have the issue listed in 'Symptoms'.
