  • Cisco Network Assurance Engine

Known Affected Releases

4.1(2) 5.0(1)

Description (partial)

Even after with valid certs, customer still sees original self-signed cert that is created as part of initial NAE installation being returned to the browser.

Customer correctly follows instructions described in "Uploading A Certificate Authority Signed Certificate for the Web Server" section of the Cisco Network Assurance Engine Installation and Upgrade Guide for both these releases: Release 4.1(x), Release 5.0(1). Note: for NAE 5.0(1), only NAE running on Platform P3 is impacted. NAE running on SE Platform is not impacted. In NAE 5.0(1) release, platform can be checked by viewing the "Platform" field on the "About Network Assurance Engine" screen in the GUI.
