Description (partial)

Symptom:
Scenario 1: Changing L3 interface to L2 and  back causes tracebacks and configuration failures.
Scenario 2: Creating new BD with existing BVI may cause l3if dependencies to no be cleared.

Conditions:

CSCvu97671 [Bug-Preview for CSCvu97671] added a pre-delete function to allow for the l3-ac-port SDK object to be deleted before the L3IF was moved to delayed delete, this allowed for the l2if l2-service port SDK object to be created.

 

In this case, the l3-ac-port deletion is failing due to SDK dependency still existing at the time of deletion. This fails the conversion from L3->L2. It looks similar to CSCvu97671 [Bug-Preview for CSCvu97671] , but it's different due to SDK dependency.

 

We need to identify what SDK dependency existed during the l3if pre-delete event when the l3-ac-port deletion was attempted.
