Description (partial)

Symptom:
The High-Availability tab may not be available while on "Cloud Services" tab, and even if you can click on the High-Availability Tab (from identity sources for example), the page gets stuck at "Loading.."

Conditions:
Migration from a Virtual Management Center to a Physical one.
