Description (partial)

Call Manager subscriber nodes DB not coming up after restart.

Symptom:
Call Manager subscriber nodes DB not in good state after performing below steps.

1. DB Status of all the nodes were in good state.
2. Initiate upgrade on PUB node but it failed due to space issue.
3. Cancelled upgrade (utils system upgrade cancel) and restarted all the nodes.
4. DB status of subscriber nodes went to bad state.
5. DB service status is also found to be - Out of Service.

Conditions:
Upgrade got interrupted due to space issues
