Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a user is screen sharing (but also when using multiple screens) on one screen and the webex teams client is brought into the shared screen and maximized the participant panel will not show. Instead, part of the panel appears briefly on the right side but fades away. If the teams client is not maximized (in a windowed state) the participant panel can be shown as normal. 

Conditions:
Occurs on Application version: 3.0.16040.0 while using multiple monitors.
