Description (partial)

Symptom:
When WAP125 is upgraded to 1.0.3.1 SNMP v3 has issue:
Here are the results from 1.0.3.1
[root@mms ciscowap125]# snmpget -On -v 3 -l authPriv -u snmpshaaes -a SHA -A 1qazXSW@ -x AES -X 1qazXSW@ 192.99.1.2 .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.104.1.5.1.1.11.5
snmpget: Unknown user name
[root@mms ciscowap125]# snmpget -On -v 3 -l authPriv -u snmpshades -a SHA -A 1qazXSW@ -x DES -X 1qazXSW@ 192.99.1.2 .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.104.1.5.1.1.11.5
snmpget: Authentication failure (incorrect password, community or key)
[root@mms ciscowap125]# snmpget -On -v 2c -c 1qazXSW@ 192.99.1.2 .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.104.1.5.1.1.11.5
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.104.1.5.1.1.11.5 = STRING: "MMS"

And then I swapped firmware images back to 1.0.1.5. I didn't touch the SNMP settings and resent the commands and now all 3 give a response.

[root@mms ciscowap125]# snmpget -On -v 3 -l authPriv -u snmpshaaes -a SHA -A 1qazXSW@ -x AES -X 1qazXSW@ 192.99.1.2 .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.104.1.5.1.1.11.5
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.104.1.5.1.1.11.5 = STRING: "MMS"
[root@mms ciscowap125]# snmpget -On -v 3 -l authPriv -u snmpshades -a SHA -A 1qazXSW@ -x DES -X 1qazXSW@ 192.99.1.2 .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.104.1.5.1.1.11.5
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.104.1.5.1.1.11.5 = STRING: "MMS"
[root@mms ciscowap125]# snmpget -On -v 2c -c 1qazXSW@ 192.99.1.2 .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.104.1.5.1.1.11.5
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.104.1.5.1.1.11.5 = STRING: "MMS"

Conditions:
WAP125 has issues with SNMPv3 when upgraded to version 1.0.3.1, see example below. With the older firmware version 1.0.1.5 the SNMPv3 issue is not seen. Case: 689625646 P3
