Description (partial)

DNAC UI and onboarding-log displays the following error:
NCOB02074: Executing Workflow Timed Out, Please check the device connectivity with the Server.

Error in the onboarding log follows similar line:

Show pnp diag on the switche shows similar lines:
[08/05/20 11:35:43.416 CEST 3DE 172] _pcrh.inf: attempting rollback
[08/05/20 11:35:43.416 CEST 3DF 172] arch name is null
[08/05/20 11:35:43.416 CEST 3E0 172] _pcrh.eRr:rollback failed

Show pnp history on the switch ends with multiple lines:
[08/05/20 11:35:43.416 CEST 120 172] 288: -3f- T:740235, Job 270:PnP Response Service, Elapsed:1 ms, Status: Failed, PnPRespCorr: CiscoPnP-1.0-R32.200127-I20-P172-T623955-18

The problem was observed on 2960 switches when onboarding template causes a temporal loss of connectivity between the switch and DNAC
