Description (partial)

Users attempt to create a Webex account by signing up on 

1. Click the "Sign up now, it’s free" button 
2. Enter email  
3. Click "Sign up" 
4. Fill out "First Name" and "Last name" fields  
5. Click "Create account" 

Users are prompted with a screen saying: 

"We will send you an email when your Webex environment is ready to go!  

Please bear with us there might be a delay due to the increased demands being created by the impact of COVID-19."  

However, users never receive a conformation email. When trying to access their Webex account, they are informed that the account does not exists.

This issue occurs when only one letter in the fields "First Name" or "Last Name" is used in the sign-up flow.
