Description (partial)

Symptom:
A device which is part of a Site with AAA Network Settings configured, show the Credential Provision Status of "Success" after CLI & SNMP Credentials are edited.

Correct Status would be "Not Applicable (i)" with the information details of:

                                                            applicable for device as AAA 
                                                            authentication is enabled at 
                                                            the site.
SNMP	Deadbeef.Area2.SubArea2.Building1	Success

Conditions:
The issue was observed on a Cisco DNA Center running 2.1.1.3 [1.5.179]. 
The Design.Network Settings for the affected Site has AAA configured.
The affected Site's Credential Settings for CLI and SNMP are editied at the Global Level.
