Symptom:
System will be keep receiving UnreachableRemoteSyslogServer  alert mentioning the 012RemoteSyslogServerName As localhost

Conditions:
When "Enable Alarm" is checked but no Syslog Server Name provided in the serviceability Alarm Configuration page.
