Cisco Bug: CSCvv26868 - CUIC Manual Sync [UCCE Integration OAMP] Status shows FAILED however final status is SUCCESS

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a Manual User Sync is run through CUIC OAMP we observed that  'Last Run Status' shows 'FAILED'  [doBulkInsert for Supervisors failed: SQL Exception: Could not do a physical-order read to fetch next row]

However if we wait for some time ( in this case ~ 2 hrs.) final status changed to 'SUCCESS' [doBulkInsert for Supervisors failed: SQLException: Could not position within a file via an index.]

The automatic sync doesn't show any errors along with SUCCESS status.

In this defect we want to investigate:

1) Reason for Could not position within a file via an index error.
2) Final Status SUCCESS message display is misleading. It should not reflect the error message.
