Description (partial)

During upgrade, when the product.img is being mounted and extracted, the following behavior has been observed intermittently:
When using Upgrade option from GUI:
The upgrade will fail, and the system will become unusable after failure. In the install log, the last line will look like this (version may be different):
refresh_upgrade|unarchiving /common/download/ to /common/mnt/product_img|<LVL::Debug>

If upgrading using CLI, the upgrade will fail in the same place, but more details will be in the install log, like this:
02/21/2019 11:32:03 refresh_upgrade|Calling cp -rf /common/mnt/product_img/usr/cisco/bin/ /common/download/|<LVL::Debug>
02/21/2019 11:32:03 refresh_upgrade|(CAPTURE) cp: cannot stat `/common/mnt/product_img/usr/cisco/bin/': No such file or directory|<LVL::Debug>
02/21/2019 11:32:03 refresh_upgrade|File:/common/download/, Function: prepare_support_area(), Copy failed (1)|<LVL::Error>
02/21/2019 11:32:03 refresh_upgrade|Final exit processing with result 1|<LVL::Info>
