Description (partial)

++ When a Jabber call is recording, it's being presented to the user on UI with a red-dot icon, to show that the call is being recorded.
++ So Jabber displays this icon, only if "record-invoker" is set to "User", but it is not supposed to display this icon if it is set to "silent".
++ Issue is, during the initial part of the call when recording is happening, Jabber displays this icon, irrespective of "record-invoker" is User or Silent, but if the call is put on hold and resumed, jabber will not display the icon, as it starts processing the UI request based on "record-invoker" parameter.

++ When recording is happening on Jabber 12.8 or higher
