Symptom:
Unable to perform phone update through BAT on 14

Conditions:
Goto ccmadmin - Device - Phones - create a phone
Goto BAT - Phone - Update phone - Find - Next - Select description and enter the content -Click on submit - submit button is not functioning.
Same issue is seen on BAT - phones -Update Phones - Custom page too.

Issue is seen only on 14 and it works fine on 12.5Su3
