Cisco Bug: CSCvv25051 - Using ExportAll option with Tracking NG-SMA doesn't export files with more than 1000 entries

Last Modified

Known Affected Releases

13.6.2-023

Description (partial)

Symptom:
If you have a large number of entries in the email tracking NG-SMA you are not able to Export All entries.
This affects the customers who are not able to export all data for a certain period (in some customers this is for even a single day).
Once you try to export the data it will not download a .csv file and it will generate an error in the api logs:

This behavior is the same when trying to Export All rejected connections:

The device also limits the Export to only 1000 entries witch makes it impossible for some users to separate it in smaller exports because this for some of them is not even an hour of data.

Conditions:
1.Enable and use the NG-SMA GUI and enable api logs
2.Get a device that receives a lot of tracking data.
3.Select a time frame (for some customers even one day is enough)
4.Select Export ALL for this data.

Expected behavior:
.csv file with the whole data is generated.

Actual result:
No file is created and we can see an error in the api server logs if enabled.
