Symptom:
Symptom:
This bug only impact ASR1001-X, ASR1001-HX, ASR1002-HX routers.  Router may crashed after a couple hours after upgraded from 16.12.2 to 17.2.1. It has multiple kernel crash files, routers were in booting loop and were recovered by cold start.

Conditions:
The issue occurred on ASR1K routers after upgraded from 16.12.2 to 17.2.1. The reboots started a couple of hours after the upgrade was completed.
