Symptom: Talk duration and Hold duration are taking almost 1.5 to 2 hours to populate in Analyzer Historical CSR report Conditions: they fields are measures and are calculated based on formulas. As per current design, the backend servers responsible for these jobs are scheduled for every 1 hour and the execution time is 20 minutes from the time it got scheduled. Hence it is taking approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to populate these data in CSRS.
