Symptom: Records are not presented to the agents in the campaign when they are available. Conditions: Agents on OB call doing a conference with RP. In this scenario its messing up how we decrement agent count available. CSQ_SE_OB_CHURN shows OutboundContactInfo:getNumberContactsToCall() for csqID:83 :0 and Total active resources in csq:0.0 ,#CSQ allocation %:100 ,#active:0.0, #active-working:0, #Number of availiable resources:0, #lic_left:85, #contacts:0 .
